Meridian Growth SMS Terms & Conditions

Meridian Growth SMS Program helps local Miami Beach businesses (wellness salons, spas, yacht charters, boat rentals) recover lost revenue through automated appointment reminders, review requests, and special offers for their customers.

By providing your phone number to Meridian Growth or any of our partner businesses and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive automated text messages from Meridian Growth and our local business partners.

Message Types & Frequency

• Missed call recovery: Texts when a business misses your call (immediate)

• Appointment reminders: 24-48 hours before bookings

• Review requests: After services, asking for Google/FB reviews

• Special offers: Reactivation deals for past customers (2-4/month)

• Performance reports: Monthly summary for business owners

Frequency: 4-12 messages per month per business. Miami Beach customers receive first message in English + Spanish.

Opt-In Methods

You opt-in to SMS by:

1. Submitting phone number on business websites/calendars with SMS consent checkbox

2. Texting keywords like JOIN to business phone numbers

3. Booking appointments where SMS reminders are offered

4. Replying YES to review request messages

How to Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business.

Privacy

Your phone number and message data is never sold or shared with third parties except:

• Local businesses you directly engage with

• SMS delivery providers (LC Phone, GoHighLevel)

Meridian Growth may:

• Modify message content or frequency

• Change phone numbers used for messaging

• Update these Terms & Conditions (we'll notify you via SMS)
